Mary Hopperton

RETREAT DIRECTOR

Mary has been an active member of the fitness community for over a  decade. She built a successful women's-only gym in Southern California,  and after moving to Couer d'Alene in 2022, she now has an online and in-person yoga and fitness presence. In her free time, she loves the  outdoors, enjoys hiking, yoga, and recently summited Mt Kilimanjaro as well as amateur photography (photos on site)

Mary's love of exercise and nutrition, as well as Ireland, her native home, has led her to create a magical place where clients can take a journey to renew their health,  relax, and reward their souls. Over the years, she found that after returning from a trip to Ireland, she had always felt completely rejuvenated. Mary created "Fit and Healthy Journeys" to share the same refreshing experience with others. She aims to provide a gateway into the magic of Ireland and share her passion by providing a restful and self-discovery experience for her clients,  ensuring a rejuvenating experience every time.

Amy Hopperton

HEAD OF LOGISTICS

Amy is a creative mastermind and the woman behind the scenes. When at home, she is a Creative Writer, currently working on publishing her debut novel. Amy is the woman who makes things happen. She ensures everything runs smoothly, from finding unique excursions to retrieving toothpaste and replacing the one you forgot to bring. She is the (wo)man with the plan.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her two savannah cats, Chance and Destiny, including taking them for walks.

Emma Hopperton

Flexologist

Emma is a passionate and energetic fitness professional who specializes in assisted stretching and mobility education. With a rich background in health, wellness, and movement, Emma has been a personal trainer since 2020 and a dance coach since 2017. Her passion lies in helping individuals alleviate chronic pain and enhance their quality of life through targeted mobility training and body rebalancing techniques. Emma believes in the transformative power of movement and is committed to guiding others on their journey to better health and well-being. When she's not leading sessions, you can find her actively practicing yoga, bodybuilding, or enjoying the outdoors.
