    This 45-minute class is designed for anyone needing to get into fitness or who wants to maintain a good workout practice. It combines stretching, and flexibility exercises that help alleviate tight muscles, and stiff joints. It is specifically designed to improve activities of daily living more confidently. This class can be taken standing, on floor or seated in a chair depending your fitness level.

  • Chair Yoga

    Friday’s at 9AM

    The class that moves through a complete series of seated and standing poses. Chair support is offered so you can perform a variety of seated and standing postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. This class is suitable for all fitness levels.

  • Body WorkX

    Wednesday’s at 7PM

    This 50 minute class burns fat away, strengthening all muscle groups using a variety of fitness tools including dumbbells, bands, weighted ball, etc. Overall strength improvement and fat loss is a promise if you stick with these classes. Suitable for all fitness levels . Modifications and progressions give to get you where you want to be. Guaranteed to treat a sweat.

  • Gentle Flow Yoga

    Friday’s at 7PM

    What is gentle yoga? Gentle yoga is a yoga style which as its name suggests, is very gentle in its approach and therefore, not as strenuous as the other practiced forms of yoga. Gentle yoga, because of its innate gentle nature, is perfect for anyone who is injured, seniors, someone who is looking for a gentle yoga flow.
