“Balanced Bliss” combines health and yoga with fun day travel opportunities to create a unique retreat experience. Throughout the week, you will be guided in a daily restorative yoga practice by Mary that is suitable for everyone (even those who have never done yoga). This type of yoga involves holding fully supported poses on the mat with the aid of blocks, bolsters and blankets to create an environment where you can relax, replenish and recuperate from the stress of a busy life. After a long day, feel free to book a complimentary appointment with Emma, our in-house reflexologist, for a stretch session to relax your muscles or book a complimentary massage during the day to find your balanced bliss. Enjoy guided meditations to unwind after exciting excursions. These mindful and healthy experiences create a space to slow down and allow your body to recover. A resting body is a healing body. Wind down at the end of the day with a book or journal, gazing out at the beautiful waters of Bantry Bay.

Experience destination yoga like never before, from rooftops overlooking beautiful gardens to beachside yoga beneath a beautiful Wild Atlantic Way sunset(weather permitting). Utilize our in-house sauna at any time and enjoy a beachside sauna and cold dip experience with the whole group.
