After a long day feel free to book a complementary appointment with Emma our in house flexologist for a stretch session to relax your muscles or book a complimentary massage during the day to find your own balanced bliss. Enjoy guided mediations to unwind after exciting excursions. These mindful and healthy experiences create a space where you can slow down and allow your body to recover. A resting body is a healing body. Wind down at the end of the day with a book or journal gazing out at the beautiful waters of Bantry Bay.
