Yoga on the Rocks

Our retreat will be the perfect combination of relaxing and exciting day trips. Each day will be specifically tailored to maximize our time in Ireland and feel relaxed and rejuvenated on our return home.

On the evening of arrival, we will share a light dinner and introductions before heading to bed to recover from the long flight

The next morning we awaken to a gentle yoga practice(in the garden weather permitting) before diving head first into a traditional Irish breakfast and official welcome meeting. The rest of the morning and early afternoon will be spent settling in and getting to know the manor and grounds. Private sessions with Mary can be scheduled for Sunday. We will get together in the evening for a delightful cooking class and dinner where you will learn how to prepare a dish under the careful instruction of our gourmet chef. A short relaxing yoga or meditation session to follow and sweet dreams to prepare for our long travel day on Monday. 

The long travel day on Monday will take us on an adventure to one of the farther locals. This could be The Burren in Clare featuring the famous Cliffs of Moher, or the popular Ring of Kerry or the Dingle Peninsula. Each destination features unique historical and natural wonders. Returning late in the evening we will enjoy a calming yoga session to prepare for sleep. 

After waking up with a Yoga session and breakfast, we will enjoy a calm morning at the manor and after lunch head into the local town. Ballincollig provides a perfect look into the Irish lifestyle. In the evening we will meet for dinner at a local pub to enjoy local music and pub food. 

Wednesday consists of our Mystery activity. Shhhhh. It’s a surprise but a little birdy tells me you may need a swimsuit. 

Thursday we are back on the road after a mindful yoga practice, relaxing morning and early lunch. Where we travel will depend on the preferences of those attending. 

Friday marks our final day in the manor house. After our group yoga in the morning and breakfast private sessions are available. A possible afternoon outing before a formal farewell dinner with a recap on the weeks adventures. Meditation to follow with a good night of slumber ready for our trip back home.
