Welcome to Dromgarriff — a 96-acre temperate rainforest on Glengarriff Bay, with over a mile of coastal shoreline and stunning views of Bantry Bay.
Ancient oaks and beeches shelter native woodlands of holly, hazel, silver birch, and aspen. Rivers wind through the landscape, feeding waterfalls along the way. This is where YOU reconnect with nature.
Spend the week immersed in this serene setting. Unwind. Disconnect from daily stress. Allow your mind and body to slow down, rest, and rejuvenate.
With daily restorative yoga, you'll decompress and learn to listen to what your body needs.

Only 10 participants per retreat. Our small groups ensure every guest receives dedicated attention from our expert wellness professionals and knowledgeable local guides.
